是美国两年初级大学的制度.
都是县(county)或市支付办的.多是官立,学费费用很平,两年学位名 Associated Degree.但可选读学分课程是四年大学认可,就多能直接转读四年大学三年班.
多数JC入学要求都要考 TOEFL 和 SAT. 但要求接受分低得多. 本地住这校区的学生,差不多不及格的学生,亦可收进读补习班.
